Experienced Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an energetic and motivated restaurant manager who will assist us in driving a unique, high-profile restaurant alongside highly dedicated individuals in order to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Cellar Door Assistant

We are looking for a permanent Cellar Door Assistant with an immediate start. The successful applicant will be offered a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during the peak of summer.

Housekeeping Team Leader

Due to our busy operation, we are recruiting for 3 Housekeeping Team Leaders.

Reporting directly into the Executive Housekeeper, this is a permanent role with a minimum guarantee of 50 hours per fortnight, with the opportunity for additional hours as needed. The successful applicant will be required to be available to work weekends and public holidays.

You will naturally be suited to this role as you have a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in housekeeping in luxury high-end accommodation and have at least 1 years’ previous experience at a team leader or supervisory level.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be required to work alongside your team of housekeepers and will play a key part in creating a fun and exciting workplace.  You will have strong communication skills with the confidence to provide regular coaching and feedback to your team.  You will have the ability to work well under pressure and deal with last-minute operational changes.  This role will suit someone who is highly organized and has strong attention to detail.

Housekeeper

There are multiple roles available in general housekeeping and the laundry, with a range of hours required from casual to 20+ hours per week. The successful applicants will be required to be available for rostering from Friday to Monday, and public holidays.

The successful applicants will have:

– A full drivers’ license and reliable transport
– High level of attention to detail
– Commitment to delivering quality
– Be physically capable of completing the role
– A proactive nature and initiative
– A great attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Previous housekeeping experience within a luxury environment is preferred, however, if you have the above attributes, full training is possible, so please get in touch.
