This March, we welcome one of the southern hemisphere’s most celebrated farm-to-table voices to Hawke’s Bay. Rodney Dunn and Severine Demanet of Tasmania’s Agrarian Kitchen - awarded Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year 2024 - will join Executive Chef Casey McDonald and our team, awarded Chef of the Year, Three Hats and Winery Restaurant of the Year 2025, for a rare collaboration at Craggy Range in Hawke’s Bay.
Across two incredible events, guests will connect directly with the teams from both destinations through shared stories, immersive learning, and menus shaped by seasonal abundance.
