Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) via NZ Couriers.

North Island: 1 - 3 business days.
South Island: 2 - 4 business days.
Rural delivery: Please allow an additional day.

We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1 business day of receiving confirmation. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: If you request your wine to be left at a designated location, Craggy Range cannot accept liability for loss or damage once the courier has completed delivery.

Freight

Free shipping on purchase of six bottles or more.
Wine Club members receive free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

North Island: $15
South Island: $25
Gift cards: $10

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Orders

If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 72 hours at wineshop@craggyrange.com, and we will arrange a replacement.

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will correct this promptly.

If you receive faulty wine, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will provide a replacement.
