Kicking off early on February 8th, this season brought both unique challenges and standout moments across Hawke’s Bay and Martinborough.
Now, with the last fruit picked, we look ahead to what this vintage will become in the cellar - wines that speak of place, provenance, and the people behind them.

Originally from the U.S., Annika is one of our returning interns, bringing not only strength but also a genuine love for winemaking. Here she is doing one of the more physically demanding jobs in the winery - digging out Merlot from our fermenters, destined for Sophia, our Prestige Bordeaux blend.
She is one of yet another fantastic group of interns that bring enthusiasm, dedication, and skill to our crew.
